The VMX 42i machining center from HURCO is your space- and cost-efficient solution for CNC machining on 3 axes. The machine scores with a large working area with a small footprint and flexible options for individual configuration.

The standard equipment of the HURCO VMX 42i includes everything the machine needs for maximum performance. The double-wound AC motor of the spindle and the direct drive of all axes ensure high reliability and high-precision results. Thanks to the spindle water cooler and ultra-rigid roller guide, the machining center features optimum temperature resistance and stability. The standard scope of supply also includes an oil separator, a scraper belt conveyor and a chip flushing system for the work area. The HURCO VMX 42i machine is characterized not only by its high performance, but also by its adaptability. There are numerous options for customized configuration for the machining center - for example, a direct measuring system for x-travel, y-travel and z-travel, an optional 40-position tool changer and Renishaw workpiece/tool measurement. Additional thermal stability can be generated with a coolant supply through the spindle (20 bar). Furthermore, it is possible to equip the HURCO machining center with a rotary table as 4th axis.

There are also additional configuration options for the MAX® 5 control developed by HURCO. For example, you can add a DXF add-on option, a mold making package and software-supported optimization of the tool changer to the control for your HURCO VMX 42i machine.
